Scare away the spirits! Breathe life in to the apple trees! Join us in the the Rookery Orchard to take part in the ancient English tradition of wassailing… In the morning we will be planting new fruit trees and in the afternoon we will singing some songs to help them thrive in the year ahead. Folk singer Molly Carroll and musicians will join us to lead the songs and incantations. Tree planting from 10.30am. Music at 2pm. We will also be sampling the Streatham cider which we made at Apple Day last October so if you’d like a taste of this premium local brew – then you know where to find us!
